Healthy, delicious, & easy!
Start peeling your zucchini to make the “pasta”. Peel a few strokes down, then turn the zucchini & peel again. Keep doing this until you reach the seeds inside. Peel all the squash.
Depending on your time constraints and personal preference, you can either leave the zucchini at differing lengths and widths, or you can take a moment to slice the pieces down to a more spaghetti-like size. I am a bit neurotic, therefore I feel inclined to make sure all my zucchini is the same size.
